These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of this website, operated by Royal Freedom LLC (“Royal Freedom,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a limited liability company organized in the State of Texas. By using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
1. About this website
This website provides general information about the credit-report issues Royal Freedom reviews and lets you request a situation review and schedule a consultation. Website content is for general educational purposes only. It is not legal, tax, or financial advice, and it is not a substitute for advice about your specific situation.
2. A consultation request is not a service agreement
Completing the questionnaire or booking a consultation is a request for information. It does not make you a customer, does not create a contract for credit repair services, and does not obligate you or us to anything further.
Royal Freedom provides credit repair services only under a separate written service agreement that you sign. Before you sign any such agreement, you will receive the written disclosures required by law, including those required by the federal Credit Repair Organizations Act and by the law of your state, such as the “Consumer Credit File Rights Under State and Federal Law” statement and written notice of your right to cancel. We offer services only in states where we are permitted to do so, and where a state requires registration, bonding, or a particular contract form, those requirements are satisfied before any agreement is signed.
Your right to cancel. Where the Credit Repair Organizations Act applies, you may cancel your contract without penalty or obligation at any time before midnight of the third business day after the date you sign it. Services cannot begin during that waiting period, and no fee may be charged or collected for a service until that service has been fully performed.
Your right to act on your own. You have the right to dispute inaccurate information in your credit file directly with the consumer reporting agencies yourself, at no cost. You may also obtain your credit reports for free as provided by federal law. Working with Royal Freedom is entirely optional.
3. Scope and limitations of services
- We review credit-report information and documents you provide, identify potential reporting errors, explain possible next steps, and, under a signed agreement and with your authorization, assist with appropriate disputes and follow-up.
- Outcomes depend on your individual circumstances and on decisions made by credit bureaus, creditors, and lenders, which we do not control.
- We do not promise or guarantee the removal of accurate, current, and verifiable information, any particular credit score or score increase, loan or credit approval, a specific interest rate, debt reduction or cancellation, or any timeline.
- Correcting how an account is reported does not, by itself, change what you owe under your agreement with that creditor.
- Royal Freedom is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice or legal representation. If your situation may require legal help, such as a contract dispute, we may suggest that you consult an independent attorney of your choosing.
- We will never advise you to make false statements to a credit bureau or creditor, to dispute information you know to be accurate, or to create a new credit identity. Doing any of those things is unlawful.
4. Your responsibilities
- Provide information that is accurate, complete, and your own, and only share documents you have the right to share.
- Continue to meet your obligations to your creditors. Nothing on this website or in a situation review is permission to stop making a payment you owe.
- Use the website only for lawful purposes, and do not attempt to interfere with its operation or security.
- Keep any account, booking, or confirmation links you receive private.
5. Communications
By submitting the questionnaire or booking a consultation, you agree that we may contact you about your request using the contact information you provide, through the channels you consented to. Communication choices are described in our Privacy Policy. A request for information is not blanket permission for marketing, and consent to marketing is not a condition of purchase. You can withdraw consent at any time using the contact details below.
6. Fees
A situation review and an initial consultation are provided at no charge, and this website does not collect payment. Any service fees are explained in a separate written agreement before you sign it. The federal Credit Repair Organizations Act prohibits a credit repair organization from charging or receiving payment for an agreed service before that service has been fully performed, and we do not request advance fees. Additional federal and state telemarketing and advance-fee restrictions may also apply.
7. Third-party services
The questionnaire and booking calendar are provided by LeadConnector and HighLevel, and those widgets may load resources from their own service providers. Your use of those tools is also subject to the providers’ terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services we link to.
8. Intellectual property
The website and its content, including text, graphics, logos, and images, are owned by or licensed to Royal Freedom and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. Any other use requires our written permission. Images of people on this website are illustrative and do not depict actual customers unless clearly stated.
9. Reviews
Customer reviews published on this website are shared with the customer’s permission and reflect that customer’s individual experience. They are not a guarantee or prediction of results for anyone else, and results vary from person to person.
10. Disclaimers
The website is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind regarding the website, including that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under the Credit Repair Organizations Act, the Fair Credit Reporting Act, or any other law that cannot be waived.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Royal Freedom is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website, and our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the website is limited to one hundred US dollars (US$100).
This section applies to your use of the website only. It does not apply to services provided under a signed service agreement, which has its own terms, and it does not limit, waive, or disclaim any right or remedy that applicable law does not allow to be limited or waived, including your rights under the Credit Repair Organizations Act. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by applicable federal law and the laws of the state where Royal Freedom maintains its principal place of business, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, except where the law of your state of residence requires otherwise. Nothing in this section deprives you of the protection of mandatory consumer-protection rules of the state where you live, or of your right to bring a claim in the courts of your own state where the law gives you that right.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time by posting the updated version on this page. The version posted here is the one that applies.
